BIll is a graduate of Cal Poly SLO with a degree in Photojournalism. He started his career in Ophthalmology in 1984 as an Ophthalmic Photographer and worked in both a hospital eye center and in private practices. He has been a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with Dr. Johnson for 25 years. Bill enjoys traveling with his wife, playing PickleBall, and spending time with his 9 Grandchildren.
Carole has enjoyed working with Dr. Johnson for 22 years, both as a receptionist, and bookkeeper. Her children, Granddaughter, and beloved dog Daisy keep her very busy. In her spare time she loves to read, and sing in The Choir for Hope in Los Osos.
Eva has been in the medical field for 15 years. She grew up on the Central Coast and has worked as Dr. Johnson’s receptionist for nearly a year now. She enjoys the outdoors, fishing, and spending time with her husband, children, and her 2 Grandchildren.
Julian has been working for Dr. Johnson for the past 6 years. He is an Ophthalmic technician, and Information Technology Administrator.
Debbie has been an Ophthalmic technician with Dr. Johnson for 30 years. Prior to working with Dr. Johnson, she was an Optometric Assistant for 7 years. She grew up on the central coast and is a third generation native of Paso Robles. Debbie enjoys spending time with her children, gardening, camping, playing slot machines and watching hockey.
Lorraine is a graduate of San Joaquin Valley College with certification as a Dispensing Optician. She began her Ophthalmology/Optometry career at the age of 21. She has worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant, Ophthalmic Surgical Tech, and Surgery Coordinator over the past several years. She has worked at the California Eye Institute in Fresno, and for the past several years here on the Central Coast. She is Dr. Johnson’s Surgery Coordinator. She enjoys photography, baking, camping, and spending time with her family.
Ophthalmic technician Tammy has returned to Central Coast Eye after living in Indiana and Colorado for the past 7 years. We are proud to have her back and appreciate what she learned working in retina practices back East.
